Cookeville Children’s Theatre provides high-quality theatre education and performance opportunities for young artists across the Upper Cumberland. Led by Artistic Director Jennifer Welch, CCT’s teaching artist work emphasizes confidence, collaboration, creativity, storytelling, and artistic discipline in a supportive, student-centered environment. Through classes, camps, workshops, school performances, and full-scale productions, CCT helps students develop as performers, thinkers, and community members. The organization is committed to accessible arts education and believes every child deserves the opportunity to discover their voice, build skills, and experience the transformative power of theatre.
Program Overview
School-day performances of Cookeville Children’s Theatre’s 2026 MainStage production, Peter Pan, will be offered at the Cookeville Performing Arts Center in November.
