Ashlee Mays is an artist, printmaker, and Director / Co-Founder of the Museum of Infinite Outcomes. As a visual artist, her work crosses genres of ecology, science, and game theory.
Mays holds a Bachelors of Fine Art from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (2013) and a Masters of Fine Art from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville (2020). She has been teaching printmaking and community art classes to a wide variety of learners for over a decade and specializes in field/craft experiences that blend together scientific and artistic practices.

Program Description:
Join the Ashlee Mays, the Director of the Museum of Infinite Outcomes for an evening of bookmaking and naturalist note-taking. Students will learn how to bind their own Japanese Stab Bound Journal while practicing the art of naturalist note-taking. This is an equal parts field and craft workshop. After binding their own journal, students will explore the rich history of naturalism through notes and explore the ecosystem around them.
All supplies are included.
Open to ages 14+, children must be accompanied by an adult.
