Dr. Janay Shantae Moreland, DBH, LMSW, Certified Holistic Life Coach, Certified Color Therapist, and artist, specializes in improving the mental health outcomes for at-risk populations through her company, Vivid Art Meditation, LLC.
Dr. Janay is from Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in 2009 with a bachelor’s in Social Work, Tennessee State University in 2013 with a master’s in Social Work, and Freed-Hardeman University in 2022 with a Doctorate of Behavioral Health. With her background in social services and mental health, Dr. Janay opened Vivid Art Meditation LLC. in 2005 with a vision of providing a unique interventive approach to mental health treatment. To date, she has provided over 1,000 Art Meditation sessions throughout middle Tennessee.
Dr. Janay has dedicated her career to serving others and looks forward to helping as many people as possible. She hopes to be a “beacon of light” for others, leading them to their inner light and peace, one brushstroke at a time.
