  • Type 80-100 words that describe the program.
  • Attach a lesson plan or content outline that aligns with the program. When developing please consider the following: a) how the program increases student’s appreciation for and knowledge of the arts. b) what are the educational goals of the program. c) what will students be expected to learn and retain with after one lesson of instruction. For Arts Curriculum and Arts Integration Artists: attach a sample lesson plan that includes lesson objectives, curriculum standards, procedures for delivering instruction, materials, length of lesson, assessment, etc. (2 pgs. max). For Arts Appreciation Artists: attach a content outline or teacher preparatory materials to supplement the performance or exhibition. Please attach the content outline or teacher preparatory materials as a PDF or Microsoft Word document in the ".doc" file format. Accepted file types: pdf, doc, docx. Maximum file size is 2MB
